AHRI: Job Analysis and Job Design workshop

ahri The Australian Human Resources Institute are holding a full day workshop on Job Analysis and Job Design. This course will focus on the value and importance of conducting a job analysis. The emphasis is on the accurate collection and recording of relevant data to ensure the validity and reliability of the information that will be used as the basis of other HRM activities.

This workshop aids the participant in understanding the context that job analysis needs to occur within (including analysis and flowcharting techniques), the type of decision making data that will lead to the design of jobs that fit the organisational need. A very practical approach that asks participants to bring their own examples for case study work.
